We primarily only service businesses and although we have provided in-home services for some individuals in the past we are not setup to be an in-home service.
We begin by understanding your business: business culture, business needs, it’s people and the current IT systems in place. Afterwards, we focus on establishing a strong line of communication with our liaison at your organization and make any urgent changes needed. Meanwhile, we begin supporting your current IT infrastructure and simultaneously start to implement new IT management solutions and other IT tools that aid us in the monitoring and supporting of your systems.
