Additional Details

On-Site Technical Support

Included (non-billable) on-site IT support is limited to the maintenance of supported and billed devices and/or users which cannot be performed remotely. All other new and non-maintenance on-site support is billable at our hourly rate of $120/hr. for regular business hours support and $180/hr. for after-hours support. Additional support plans are available for a full and part-time on-site technician.

Business Continuity

Because business continuity is important to you, it is very much important to us. The configuring, administering and monitoring of your company’s sensitive data is included in your monthly support fee. However, it is important to note that the backup software used, and cloud backup subscription(s) are not included. If you already have a local backup software and cloud backup subscription, we’ll continue to service your backups as usual. Otherwise, we can provide you with options for local and cloud backup providers that we’ve partnered with to bring you best-in-class backup management offering for any size business.

Note: Business Continuity Testing is not included in the monthly fee. In the event you require business continuity testing support, our techs can assist with performing the test at an additional cost according to our hourly rates.

Vendor Management

This service does not include things such as negotiating pricing or managing billing disputes.

IT Documentation

IT Documentation can mean a lot of things to a lot of people and all of which may not necessarily mean your system has been properly documented or that the information is easy to access. At GoComputek we highly value our customer’s passwords and sensitive systems information and we believe full transparency and availability in this area is essential. That’s why we offer this service for all our Powered 24×7 customers at no additional cost. 

This kind of commitment to documentation requires a serious documentation platform. We’ve partnered with ITGlue, a leader in this space, to ensure your documentation is always accurate and always at your disposal. Our commitment to you is to faithfully write down and document all your passwords and sensitive IT information into this enterprise-grade secure cloud-based IT documentation system where you will have access to it at all times.

Disaster Recovery

At GoComputek we’re committed to your employee productivity and systems uptime requirements. That’s why our commitment to you is to be on-site, day or night, at no additional cost for disaster recovery response until your systems are back up. If you would like to work on preventative measures as well- great! We offer disaster recovery and prevention planning and business continuity testing services at an additional cost. Please ask your sales representative for more information.

Certified Regulatory Compliance

Our compliance certificate should not be considered an industry recognized or legally binding document. Our certificate is intended to serve as a recognition of adherence to our customer’s own IT specific policies and procedures as provided to us. 

Some of the services required to attain said regulatory compliance may be considered project work and as such would be billable at the customer’s standard billable rate.
