Established in 2001, BRS Pool Spa Fountain is one of Miami’s top-tier commercial pool companies. Their professional technicians install and maintain swimming pools, spas and fountains for some of the most exclusive hotels and condominiums throughout the Miami Beach, Fisher Island, Brickell, Downtown, Sunny Isles, Surfside and Bal Harbour areas. BRS  also services commercial pools for municipal, public and institutional use, such as for competition, leisure, activity, therapy and water parks. They also specializes in full service repairs, new pool construction and complete renovations. A leader in their industry, BRS Pool Spa Fountain is always on the move and relies heavily on technology to maintain a competitive advantage in a highly competitive market.

This is why when BRS informed us that they would actually be moving from their current building into a new home in Hialeah Gardens, we were excited to help. A project like this requires tremendous coordination from all parties involved. Things like gaining access to the property with sufficient time to ensure internet services and network cabling are in place are crucial. Coordinating the moving of the equipment from one location to another, usually over a weekend, can also be another serious challenge. In the case of BRS, we managed to coordinate the installation of the network cabling, cameras, wireless access points and moving the equipment in just three weeks without any unexpected downtime. The most difficult task was getting the internet service installed in time for the move.

This left us with one final question, what do we do about the outdated phone system at the old location? Moving it would require more of an effort than migrating to a newer cloud-based phone system. So, naturally, when we got the green light to migrate the phone system we began coordinating that piece of the puzzle right away. We chose to consolidate everything into one solution for ease of use and went with Office 365 for their cloud based phone system. The day of the move came and went without a hitch thanks to the combined efforts of the staff at BRS and our own team of technical all-stars who worked around the clock to make this move a reality.

Most recently, we helped outfit their service trucks with a GPS tracking solution that gives more insight to field supervisors on the status and location of their staff. Up next is moving to QuickBooks Online and moving all their documents to SharePoint Online and OneDrive. True to the BRS spirit of always being on the move, we're looking forward to what the next few months will bring our way.
