You only have to walk into Cosculluela and Marzano to realize that you are in a special place. There is something about the way the place is decorated that immediately communicates an elegant strength and the confidence that great things happen here. It would seem appropriate, since multi-million dollar real estate closings happen there every day. And yet, it is not every day that you that you get to work beside two great professionals. It’s not every day that two great professionals are in the same room, let alone representing the same business. Specializing in corporate and real estate law, owners Michael Cosculluela and Daniel Marzano, are two first-class lawyers each with over 20 years of legal experience. We can proudly say that for over 13 years we’ve been a part of the magic that happens at this superior law firm.

Our latest assignment at Cosculluela & Marzano has been to decouple and replace a legacy system that has been an integral all-in-one solution for the firm for over 12 years. After years of looking for suitable alternatives, it was finally time to say out with the old and in with the new. The biggest challenge has been successfully peeling back one layer at a time and replacing it with a modern alternative while not damaging the system and/or workflow and day-to-day operations of the firm. We began by migrating their email and file servers to Office 365 for a more productive, collaborative office experience. Afterwards, we migrated their phone system to Office 365 for an integrated and seamless work experience with their existing Office 365 solutions. Currently, we’re in the process of migrating their on-premise SharePoint server solution to Office 365. After that, we will only have to worry about migrating their case management software to a newer, modern cloud-based alternative.

What is unique about the customer relationship with Cosculluela & Marzano?
True story: You know a place is unique when you fall asleep overnight in the server room trying to fix an issue that's been eluding you for hours. That's how our customer story with Cosculluela & Marzano began. When Daniel Marzano found out we "slept over" he looked at us, smiled and said, "Alright!" It's this very same level of trust and mutual appreciation that has been unique about our customer relationship with C&M ever since. Our commitment to Cosculluela and Marzano continues to this day with the same kind of determination that says we will not abandon our customers in a time of need. We will do whatever it takes to make sure their systems are online and ready come the morning.
What industry-specific solutions has GoComputek brought to Cosculluela & Marzano?
Having worked with several law firms for more than a decade, we really understand case management software and the competitive advantage it delivers for its users. In the case of Cosculluela and Marzano, we've also become very familiar with real estate closing software. But perhaps some of the greatest contributions we've made to Cosculluela and Marzano have to do with the work of modernizing their system that we're doing now. We're helping two 20-year veterans spend more time with their families by bringing them the power of the cloud without having to spend a fortune to do so. With their current setup, if they got up on Monday and said, "I think I'll work from Bimini," it would be possible. Those are real results.
What is on the horizon for Cosculluela & Marzano?
Next on the "calendar" for C&M is to bring the power of SharePoint Online and a new case management software to the firm. Afterwards, we welcome any new challenges that may arise in this exciting digital age. With the addition of John Anthony Cosculluela to the firm, the second generation has arrived to carry on the legacy into the new decade and beyond. We're really excited to be working alongside John, Michael and Daniel to continue to strengthen C&M's position as one of Miami's most distinguished law firms. Our aim is to match the excellence and stability they've brought to their clients by being a tech partner they can count on as our client.
