David Riobo is a Senior Technician at GoComputek, where he is required to coordinate and respond to incidents and service requests made by the end-users and/or including other IT staff. David enjoys acquiring support knowledge for new technologies early in their life cycle while maintaining support for older technologies. David enjoys configuring systems according to business needs and helping to develop processes to manage the day-to-day functioning of programs and systems.
