Our latest assignment at Cosculluela & Marzano has been to decouple and replace a legacy system that has been an integral all-in-one solution for the firm for over 12 years. After years of looking for suitable alternatives, it was finally time to say out with the old and in with the new. The biggest challenge has been successfully peeling back one layer at a time and replacing it with a modern alternative while not damaging the system and\/or workflow and day-to-day operations of the firm. We began by migrating their email and file servers to Office 365 for a more productive, collaborative office experience. Afterwards, we migrated their phone system to Office 365 for an integrated and seamless work experience with their existing Office 365 solutions. Currently, we’re in the process of migrating their on-premise SharePoint server solution to Office 365.
