GoComputek has taken the guess work out of IT for us here at our office building. From friendly technicians like Gabriel and amazing leadership with Jiovanny. They where able to locate and link up internet access from one end of our building to the server room in a matter of minutes. They also have come up with an amazing plan for our future growth on the property when it comes to IT solutions with in our allotted budget. Overall they take the guess work out of IT and provide phenomenal service across the board. Looking forward to working with them for years to come.

I love how quick this company responds to any issues I have when working on my personal laptop. They can remote access to find the solution to my problem with out having to see me in person. I've heard some horror stories about IT companies upgrading systems but GoComputek helped our firm transition to the cloud without a hitch. Great experience, highly recommend!I found this company through a Google search while trying to find someone who could help set up Microsoft 365 for my wife’s small business. I spoke to Jiovanny on the phone and I guess he sensed I was reasonably computer literate because he was giving me tips on how I could set it up myself so he wouldn’t have to charge me. Due to time constraints, it was just more practical to have a professional do it than to eventually figure it out on my own, but the fact that he was trying to help save us money instead of trying to nickel and dime us spoke to his character and we decided right then this was the company we wanted to do business with.We set up an appointment with his right hand man, David, and not only did he set up everything we needed in two hours, he explained the software capabilities to us in a way where we felt comfortable enough that we could handle any future issues on our own. Even so, as the business grows and new software is needed, I’m glad we have someone we now trust to help set it up.Thanks again fellas!

It's always frustrating to deal with computer problems - but thanks be to God that GOCompuTek is here to resolve every issue imaginable! They are patient, timely, and exceedingly friendly. Gabriel has helped me on multiple occasions to resolve technological problems in just a matter of minutes; and he was so kind and helpful, in fact, that he had me laughing on the phone! In the past, I have had only terrible experiences dealing with companies' help desks. I would sit on hold for hours, and my frustration would be exponentially magnified by the impatience and lack of diplomacy of the technicians who were supposed to be assisting me (these calls often ended in tears). But this has never been true of GOComputek...except maybe tears of joy! I highly recommend them to everyone.

My experience with GoComputek goes above and beyond any other experience I've had with any IT Company. Believe me when I tell you, Jiovanny, David, Gabriel and the team are there to support you it all times. I worked for a window company called SIW Windows for over 10 years and every single time I reached out to GoComputek asking for help I received a lightning response even during weekends and after hours. There was not one situation these guys didn't resolve for us in a timely manner. They tailored all my special request no matter the required time and involvement.
